You can upgrade free of charge at any time. Send an email to upgradessurpasshosting.com and tell them you want to upgrade, simple as that. "
That is refering to a setup fee, you dont get free account upgrades. You still have to pay more on a monthly basis. I cant see them charging you the difference between accounts bebcause you originally got one free. but i dont speak for surpass.

May I suggest those who are confused as to what will exactly happen if they upgrade or downgrade, go read the promo on the front page again. It has been changed to be absolutely clear. If you upgrade the paid account, the additional free account does not change. If you cancel the paid account, the addtional free account is also cancelled. If you downgrade the paid account, the free account is downgraded to match.

Quite clear. :-)

MY question is: does anyone know about how long it's taking in general to hear back once you sign up?

24 hours is the standard activation time period for Surpass accounts. That would be for your paid account, the free one would probably take an additional 24 hours... but I haven't ordered mine yet, waiting for my billing period to turn over on my credit card.

Everyone gets the same value plan, but you can request a plan of lesser value, if you wanted to.

I have never heard of anyone getting a lesser value plan in this promotion unless they specifically requested this. This is based on not having heard it in the last 24 hours, but also the last promotion 2 years ago.

I haven't gotten a plan yet, I'm waiting for my credit card bill, but I'm getting the Aeon 1 plan. I just need to decide what domain to tack onto my free plan.

You can use a 'Fake' domain right, and change after 30 days right?

Whats soo good about Aeon plans?

Where is the coupon code field exactly when you order? I can't find a place to put the promo code going through paypal OR credit card payment. Unless it's the very next screen I"m not submitting to yet because I don't want to submit it and find out the hard way that I didn't put the code in....
