I can make no "guarentees" [sic] as my name isn't Kayla

but the lady in question said earlier (in response to a post by Patty) that the promo would be around until the 30th. I think that's clear enough. As for the issues, as you say, they were minor and Surpass was definitely aware there would be huge demand during the promo, so I'm sure they are prepared to deal with this. Slight delays are certainly understandable...

Oooh I didn't see that second part either.

We did have this same promo in 2004.. this time the response is greater and the process of getting the free account is very streamlined and all fully recorded in our customer database.. so I think something has went a little better this time around.

We did have an issue with reseller accounts that were being set up which was resolved this afternoon. (The IP address in the welcome emails were unfortunately not being inserted..)
