I just got on and everything's working now; my user accounts are now showing up, I got another Login Information email with my free account's details and can log into the cPanels & WHMs for both accounts. ![]() No need to bother support when they're probably busy enough as it is. My face should show up under "impatient" in the dictionary, lol. :P Now I'm off to play with my WHM & start uploading my sites. ![]() |

Ok I have a question.
When I purchased my Resellers account I also got another account free to cover my Hosting site per this from the resellers page on the main site: Quote:
Just want to clarify this as I have read all 22 pages here and didn't see this posted anywhere. Thanks Surpass for an AWESOME deal and AWESOME Service!!! SURPASS ROCKS !!

Ok I know that, what I am looking for is this:
Ok I have a reseller account now with the Main site for my hosting for $15/month. So I purchase another reseller - I get the main for free and the other reseller for $15/month. With that being said I will have 4 accounts, but then I receive an additional account from the JUNEPROMO which gives me 5 accounts?

I am not sure I understand what you're doing.. Let me try to explain...
If you purchase a normal reseller account at any time, you get the advertised space to resell. You will also get a bonus account that has the same amount of disk space as your purchased account (This I am not entirely sure of though..), and 10GB of bandwidth. This is done so you can have your main site to sell hosting off of, while not drawing on the resources of what you are selling. If you purchase a reseller account now, you get two of the above.... If that makes any sense. None of the accounts can be combined though.

you will recieve a coupon code in an email following your welcome email. Then you will redo the signup process again but using that new code.
