I started two accounts a few years ago under that 2-for-1 deal. I bought the $10/month plan. I see now that the new $10/mo. plan has better terms (e.g., 10GB disk space as opposed to 7GB, 400GB transfer instead of 75GB, 10 add-on domains instead of 3, etc.). Could I get you guys to simply update my two accounts to the new terms without having to go through the hassle of cancelling my accounts and starting new ones? Also, have any features been removed from the new plans--would an upgrade take away anything I have now?

Thanks for the info!

You can open a ticket with sales to get your plan up to the new specs, but only if the plan you have still exists (such as the Bronze plan).

Does this count if your re-newing a plan? Ie- renewing the OC10 plan for another year?
