[Promo] Buy 1, Get 1 Free 2006 - Page 40

I have a question, when i go to sign up for a new acount, it asks if I want to "Add this order to my account" since I already have an account with surpass, this makes sense to select this option...

Each time I try to enter the requested email associated with this account, it does not recognize the email password combo.

FYI, when I sign into the my.surpass area I have to use the old method to sign in, thus I do not use my email address, I use a username and password... is that the problem?

Can I just sign up as a new user, and just have the accounts merged by surpass admins later?

Except that this is a new billing system they are using which is completely seperate from the my.surpass... which is why is current user/pass isnt working for it.

Ok I have a question.

I have a client account on my old original Reseller account and need more space then I am able to give it at this time. Since I have purchased this great Promo can I transfer this account over to my new reseller account on the client side?

i purchased the Pro shared plan, and I wanted to get the OC10 Reseller package, Pro is $165 and OC10 is $159. I put in the coupon that I got yesterday from the Pro package, but it didnt work. No discount. Can I do this with these packages?

One question i'm thinking of getting a another AEON plan in this promotion to get 2 AEON plans + the one i have. I'm not closing the one i've got. Can i set them up as domains not yet activated like say df1.com and df2.com. Until i can pay for the two domains?

no i believe the buy 1 get 1 free deal is for equal or lesser packages.... but considering that reseller packages are different from shared packages i don't believe that was part of the deal.
