I was going to sign up for the PROMO but didn't think it would apply to me since I'm only paying monthly. I thought that monthly meant I'd only get the promo for one month. Is there any possible way it could be corrected or did I miss the boat?

That is one to ask Surpass directly.

As long as you continue to pay for your main account, the free one should stay.

I'm paying monthly and I got the free site. It doesn't seem to matter if you pay monthly or annually.

yes, because the account change is made at the plan level, and will effect all accounts of that plan type on the server.

I've signed up for the BOGOF on a reseller account. I've got my first set of details through ok, but my second account login has come through without the ip of the server on which it is to be hosted.....

Has anyone else had this problem?

FYI both accounts are the same word with different tlds, ie mydomain.com, mydomain.org, with both indicating usernames of mydomain.

I believe they are placing both accounts on the same server so would be the same IP. Someone should be able to confirm that soon as to if I have that right or wrong though. But about 99% sure they are on the same server.
