ok so I sogned up for a shared service the MAX plan actually and I was wondering dose that mean I get 50 gig space and 2000 gig BW on the orignal account or do I actually get another account that I have to provide a domain for?
sorry my laptop battery is dying I didn't have time to read through the thread. to see if this is already answered

you will get a coupon code that will be valid to buy equal or lesser account pacakge, so you get 2 MAX accounts, if you want.

I just recently (today) bought a new power plan and all the stuff from my old account are being switched over to the power plan account but since I did buy an entire new account, do I still get the Promo account? Or would I need to send a ticket in about this?

Well,
1. Was it an old surpass account, if so, then no.

2. If it was from another host, did you enter in the promo code?

Right,

There's a lot of suggestions and arguments and counter arguments on here which is very confusing.

I have a Shared Hosting Account with Surpass at the moment: lankymart.com

I want to buy this Promotion deal and still keep my Shared Hosting Account, so correct me if I'm wrong but I will need;

Order a separate package under a new account
Buy a domain name to use with that account

I have lankymart.com already I only wanted to buy a Reseller Account (and get one free) because of the great deal that it is. Do I really need to buy another domain to use this?

Please can someone clear this up?

so far from what i hear you don't have to buy a domain for a reseller account but if you want a definitive answer send a ticket to support. This whole thread is garbage consisting of the same questions asked over and over again with nobody to answer them because it's too time consuming to answer the same questions over and over and over again...

anyways i don't see why you would need a domain name for a reseller account... but if you do end up wanting to use one later on you'll have to wait till jan 2007 to apply it to your account.

You can park sub-domains...
So if you have Custom DNS stuff, I guess you could use a sub-domain to access the account...
