Hi,
Yes that is ok. But I'm curious why you have that form.. normally that is only for VPS and dedicated server customers.

Well, it's a long story but here's how it goes. Me and my friend are owners of the site www.deimonhigh.com. We use his paypal account regarding the site. He created his account several months ago with $0 in it. We've decided to use that account for the site like donations, funds, etc. I've made a few layouts and sold it to people to generate some funds. Currently he is away on a vacation for about a month, we talk on email every so often he has the chance. I've signed up for hosting with the his paypal account, but since it's his account, the IP addresses are different. So I've been asked to get the owner of the account (my friend) to fill it out to confirm it, and I did. Now I'm waiting for him to reply. I think it was like a fraud rejection or something. Oh sorry, my mistake, it's the paypal form that they wanted filled out. The first one they sent me was the credit card one and I told them, so they sent the paypal one after.
