I don't know how wrong and no can be two different things in this case. The TOS is full of wrong things that mean "no". And for her to post, that may be a while. She's not actually there, despite the forum saying she is.

why not just let ppl who upgrade during this time to take advantage of this plan as well? There should be some kinda loyalty reward for users who have been staying for long and give no trouble?

it doesn't make business sense the way you are proposing. yes it would be nice but from a business perspective im sure it wouldn't fly. i'm sure surpass has overhead.
there is a loyalty reward going on and that's the ability to get a dedicated server during the sale.

I believe that's what the current bandwith and space increase was. Current users were allowed to take advantage of that as well (provided you were on a shared or reseller account). Same for the addon domains. And clickbe.

and i think the upgrade plan doesn't apply to oc plans if i'm not wrong.
