Yeah, but don't forget most companies ony offer to new customers to get people to join.

By allowing everone new and old to have the new plans would probably knock there servers in megadrive. The amount of users that use surpass would be massives for example. They have how what 20+ servers already by allowing all members to have two lots would mean another 20+ servers would be needed, therefor by allowing only new members they can keep an eye on how many join and remove the promotion as it is seen as being needed.

next time the ice cream man comes to your neighborhood ask him to give your children the same ice cream that they purchased from him the other day but for free. Now request that he does this for all the kids on his route.

Yes, to allow current customers to do this would murder their profit margin, which was already hit when they did the bandwith and space change. To just give every customer they have a second free account would probably just end Surpass.

all right, guess we can't ask too much then. =) Btw, this offer applies to OC plans as well, or is that not considered a reseller plan?

You may want to look at the normal shared and reseller plans before picking up an OC plan. Currently, everyone is having a hard time trying to justify them since the new wave of bandwith and space changes to shared and reseller plans have made them inferior it seems.

I just order a new bronze reseller and receive an extra bronze reseller free? What do i with my current reseller? I cancel it? Who will transfer all my account for me? Why cant you guys just provide me with the extra reseller -- it's hassle-free

People first have to be aware of the date restriction on this promotion. It does say Order between June 15 and June 30. Which means you shouldn't be ordering now, unless Kayla can announce that is a typo.

Current customers can take advantage of this by ordering a new account just as easily as a new customer can. You cannot order a new account and cancel your old one though. It was strictly against the conditions of the promotion last time around, I don't see why it would be different this time. Whether or not you can upgrade is still to be seen, but the assumption with the promotion is that you go through the process of a new sale (as is shown with the coupon code provided, which you cannot use on the upgrade form). And I don't believe it would count for renewals either, because again the idea is that it you're processing a new account... and what about individual's who renew monthly? Should everyone just be able to get a free account, especially after our fabulous increases last month?

Kayla could perhaps provide us with a comprehensive list of conditions for this promotion. I'm interpreting for my own reference like the last promotion of this kind that it's only if you buy a new account (no upgrading, no renewing) and you cannot cancel your old account in favour of the new one.
