[Connect] Testimonial page with your photo !

Hello Everyone!

We want to make a page with Surpass testimonials/reviews which include

1) Your site URL
2) Screenshot: We will make a nice screenshot of your site to display next to the testimonial
3) Photo: We also request a photo of you, a particularly stylish looking one!
4) The lavish testimonial of your experience with Surpass

This will all be located in prime web real estate territory which will be announced once we get in at least 20 submissions.

To make this extra exciting, we are donating $10 to Make A Wish with *every* submission. We hope this can generate the extra drive for some testimonials which may have not been submitted otherwise. We will donate the money to the Wish Affiliate of your choice. You can choose a local chapter close to your own community or one of the following international affiliates:

Hmm, I'll have to find some time to do this. Quick question though: so we're submitting everything EXCEPT the screenshot of the page which you'll do, or are we supposed to take it and send it over as well?

We can do the screenshot for you, it's going to be done in a certain way.

Just include which domain exactly you want a screenshot of, in case you have more than one site. Show off your favorite.
