I have an OC10 account that renews in December. I would be willing to upgrade to Reseller Silver ($275 vs. $159) if I could take advantage of the promotion. |

So far the rules of the promotion are basically
1) You cannot cancel your current account and sign up for a promo plan to replace your current account 2) You cannot upgrade your current account to one of the new accounts And now with this new question from you sneagle, this rule will seems to be fine: 3) If you are currently on a yearly plan, you can buy a new plan during the promotion, and let the previous account expire if you like. Whether your current plan is up next month or in 10 months. But no one can submit any cancellation requests if they are currently a customer already. Cancellations right now are a no-no. Whew! I hope this all made sense. So this brings me back to the question by carmige - did you pay yearly for the Surpass plan? If so you can order a new promotional plan now and let the other account expire. (I now wait for this to snowball.) ![]() These are now the final rules. ![]()

To answer your question, I am on a month-to-month term. I do need a higher plan though, and based on what you've explain, I can't get the promo plan. So I surmise I can just upgrade to the Bronze Reseller plan without "doubling" the main space and bandwidth. Should I submit a ticket to sales letting them know to disregard my order request, being that I'm not eligible? Thanks again. |

I wish I could yes to everything.. but then we would all be in a pickle with many other questions. I hope you can understand. I'm sorry about that.
A ticket regarding upgrading to a regular bronze would be fine...

Hmm... weird, because my account I got earlier this morning shows settings for an original plan, and not the one that should be reflecting it being doubled. (And yes the coupon code was applied: ("Coupon (doublebns) -$0.00")

I was actually about to add a note that you will not see the new specs for about 24 hours. We had to make a script last minute to check for the same domain names being signed up for.. so we are going to have to go through and manually add the space and bandwidth, it won't be immediate. I will clear this up soon on the first post and on nov.surpass.

Alright, fantastic. I just wasn't sure if I buggered up this promo like I did with the last BOGO where I ordered it too early ;P
Thanks Kayla. |
