Actually Steve if you are ordering a second plan, you should be able to login during the order process.

If you are trying to sign up all over again with the same email address, then the system thinks you are brand new.

I've been reading through all this qustions to understand the rules. I hope I can make some questions to

I Have a Bronze Reseller account since June this year. I got 2 accounts for the price of 1

. We paid for 1 year. Now to my question.

1. What happens to mine second account I got for free if I uppgrade the main account to Silver? Will I still have it for free or will it disapear? I understand that it will not be doubled.

If the answer is yes to question number 1, then I will have a free bronze account and a Silveraccount with 30G space 1 Terra monthly transfer! for the prise of 275 yearly!

2. If I order an upgrade will I pay 275$? Or will you recalculate considering the payment I did for 5 month ago?

Hi, thank you very much for your comments.

1. You will still have your second free account, it will stay as is - regular Bronze.

2. When you upgrade you will receive a payment link to pay for Silver - 1 Year.

You will receive a seperate refund for the unused time of your previous Bronze yearly plan.

How do I order a new plan and just add it on my existing account? When I try to order following the same process as I did before, under the tell us who you are, there's no option that says, "add this order to my existing account" or something like that.. thanks.

Sorry - I missed that post somehow.

You can upgrade your account to Silver and stay on the same server. You can choose monthly or yearly.

At that time you can be refunded for the unused time on your oc10.
