I would not need a refund for unused oc10 time as it is due to renewall this month or in December (not sure) and guess it will be simpler if you just convert my oc10 to double Silver, and set it up to charge me $25/month (paypal)

I'm having the same problem. If you use the promo code, it doesn't allow you to add the order to your existing account. It only gives you the option of being a new customer. If you don't use the coupon, it works normally.

I'm planning to use the current domain that I am using on my existing surpass account as my primary domain on the additional order, is that alright? and change the primary domain on my previous account later on? but not for now because there's an additional payment in changing domain, right?.

I want to know if that would be accepted.

I used the coupon to order a reseller, however, my space and bandwidth has not been doubled...
