I believe this is because they have to manually add this to you account, which can take up to 24 hours. If it's already been more than 24 hours I'd recommend opening a ticket at the helpdesk; https://desk.surpasshosting.com

Yeah it was 72 hours, but I opened a ticket and its all sorted now.

I just ordered one, but why I cannot order 2 with the same new user? I would like to keep both accounts under only 1 billing user. Please advise!

Everything is going great so far - we have been a little backed up at times for new sign ups - but we are returning to our usual pace. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far and enjoy these plans!

Went to upgrade.php and entered coupon etc. with upgrade request and "doublebns" coupon .

Got email "Your ticket has been received, one of the staff members will review it and reply accordingly. "

No payment link or anything else, what now?

The way it worked for me, when support got to my ticket and was ready to start the process, I then received a link to make the payment.

Just 3 weeks ago I had purchased a shared hosting package. (Oct 2006)
As there is an attractive promotion going on at present, I wonder if it is possible for me to get more milage.
can I upgrade to a reseller account to take advantage of the promo? If yes what will happen to existing domain name and its content...will I have to create an account in WHM using old domain name address AND MOVE the content manually?
