Hehehe. I noticed that too, LOL.
I will just go get a cup of coffee and check back later because I am flushed with the thought of such an upgrade

WOW!!! You guys really are great. I was able to change from my OC5_Nov06 plan, tot he new power plan by simply paying off the 1$ (old OC5 = 59$, new power = 60$), and as an added bonus, I was able to pay with paypal even though the original account was purchased on a CC. A+ for Surpass.

Um... can I say - except for the Avatars being stuck ONTOP of the posts instead of to the left like they ought to be - SURPASS ROCKS THE HOUSE!

I just stumbled across this thread (thanks to RSS) and I only have one question: I was just billed for $159.00 for OC10--is it too late to do anything about that? Should I just suck up the $39/year? I don't particularly care one way or the other, but I'd like it to be changed the next time it rolls around...

So would people on a discontinued plan be allowed to switch to one of the upgraded plans if they're currently on a yearly payment? An example would be a yearly Aeon plan being able to be upgraded to a Power shared plan?

Evan,

Thanks for the question, unfortunately yes, if your plan renewed after the plan changes we are not able to go back and refund. The concept behind the new plans was to give existing clients and new clients more bang for the buck but at the same time now hurt us where we have to refund clients Kayla has posted the proper steps needed to make sure next year during renewal you are charged the new price.

Thanks for the understanding.
