Yes that is possible. I recommend you do it near your renewal rate to avoid double billing.

Not sure what the 'old' OC5 plan was, but this sounds great. 50GB of space and 2000GB of bandwidth. If this is really true, then I will send a ticket asap.

Hmm. If I got the OC10 plan during the Double Promo (so, I have 20/400), and I wanted to take advantage of these plan changes and "upgrade" ... would I get the 10/1000 or 20/1000 because all the other reseller have upgraded disk space but the OC10.

I'm really impressed that Surpass are including existing customers in this upgrade, all to often such offers only apply to new customers. That's why I left my previous hosting co.

I don't need the extra space&b/w just now, but it's good that I can upgrade my plans now and know I can get the extra space&b/w when I need it.

When I went to the office today on my *working vacation* [unfortunately 911 does not have days off] everyone asked what I got for christmas and the answer was *the usual*.
