Not such a special after all

The new space and all is great, but it really makes the november special that myself and many others got....NOT SPECIAL at all, surpass creates a sense of urgency for a GREAT novermber sale, only for the rest of the users to be upgraded to what the sale was plus more only 1 month later. Realistically who ever bought the november promo should get double what is offered now because that is what they bought after all right? double the plan they chose?

I was wondering how much bandwidth I had, I typically forget because I use such a tiny fraction of it, but I come back to find this announcement? Whoa!

You just got to LOVE Surpass! Thanks to all the staff!

+1 Very Happy Customer

We didn't automatically upgrade older clients, they have to request the changes.

Depending on the plan, one new user who signs up may not have as many resources as you still.

Question..to being paying $35 for the new plan as opposed the $50 for the old gold, I have to sign up for it?

I think I just confused poor support with my miss understandings on all of this.

We will change your plan upon request if you want to switch to the new yearly price. It is your responsibility to let us know 6 days before your next billing due date (very important). You can also switch to yearly payment (away from monthly) and save money at any time.
I'm a little bit confused on this question. Do you mean I still have to *request* for the new price if I don't change my plan? And I must submit the *request* exactly 6 days before the next billing date? (BTW, how can I find the billing date? )
Could someone answer this question please?
