It's a bug with cPanel. Since you've got a ticket in with support, they'll fix it.

Hi, I used the OneLove promotion to buy a shared Deluxe account (about 7 hours ago), but I believe I am one of the people who got charged $0.00. This is what the sign-up email said:
Main Package Deluxe:
1-Month $10.00 + Setup: FREE
Package(s) Prorated (This Month Pro-Rated 21 days) $7.50
Sub Total $7.50
Coupon ($1deluxe) -$7.50
Total Due $0.00*

Does this mean that I will have to wait for an invoice or something? How long will it take? (The email said to wait for at most 48 hours for account details).

Thanks in advance,
AT.

The invoice showed nothing owing. I signed in to pay the invoice because when I went through the process it wasn't charging me anything.

Got an email and logged in to pay the invoice because it didn't charge me anything when I went through the signup process. When I signed in the invoice also did not show anything owing and said the domain name registration would be bill seperately???? When, how and how do I pay the $1.00 since it shows nothing owing????

I think both of you chose monthly, instead of choosing yearly... the promotion is for a year.

In this case the system will send you an invoice very soon that you can pay, then once it is paid the account is set up.

Yes, I now see that I did, my bad ; though it's a bit strange that the system would allow a user to apply a coupon only for yearly billing cycles, even when the user has chosen a monthly billing cycle.

Is there something I should do, or should I just sit tight and wait? I believe I haven't received anything beyond the initial email.
Thanks,
AT.

Is 1 plan only allowed per client? Or we can get more than 1 plan under the same billing account?
