Is it only registered users to this forum that get replies?
I see that some users concerns were referred to by Mike but for thebidscreen.com I am still waiting for JUST the confirmation email getting on for 4 days now. If you guys are too overloaded I am happy to transfer elsewhere so long as I know that. I don't want to add to your burden (and I imagine with an offer like that you are quite burdened at the moment) but I am in a position to transfer asap, hence my acquisition of the key to do so. if you have waited 4 days then you need to send a ticket to support http://desk.surpasshosting.com ... and check your spam box to make sure your confirmation email didn't land in there.

hi, when i got the information email about my host, i did not get my host I.P. address and i already filed a ticket for more than 1 day, but no reply at all. So i just submitted another ticket. please resolve this for me as soon as possible. i really need this host, my old host keep on going down and i really need to transfer my site to this new host soon. My ticket ID is HNM-152697 .

Been using Surpass for a week or two, everything about it has surpassed my expectations! Best dollar I ever invested and will probably continue after the year finishes. However, I would like to see SSH support to be free since my other hosts, Dreamhost and Netfirms both offer it free with all their shared accounts.
