Well I ordered and I didnt actually need the domain is there a way I can get that removed?
I had a domain already that totally slipt my mind at the time, if that would work that would be awsome.

Well right now it wont allow me to log into the help desk.

I was also wondering how much file downloading it allows? Since there will probley be a pretty fair ammount of file transfering and downloading.

I just signed up and read that it won't be possible to downgrade the hosting plan on these promos after the 1 year, but would it be possible to downgrade it already?

I signed up for the One Love promo, using the $1power code on about the 6th of February.
I have just had a revised invoice for $32.98 why?
I signed uo for the 200gb power package ($60/year) and transfered a domain ($15) I can understand the pro rater for the remainder of February, but how do they arrive at a total of more than $30 ?? Anyone break down the prices for me ? I was expecting $15 + $1 (promo) and the remainder of Feb (prorater cost).
HELP!
