Well right now it wont allow me to log into the help desk.
I was also wondering how much file downloading it allows? Since there will probley be a pretty fair ammount of file transfering and downloading. |

I just signed up and read that it won't be possible to downgrade the hosting plan on these promos after the 1 year, but would it be possible to downgrade it already?

I signed up for the One Love promo, using the $1power code on about the 6th of February.
I have just had a revised invoice for $32.98 why? I signed uo for the 200gb power package ($60/year) and transfered a domain ($15) I can understand the pro rater for the remainder of February, but how do they arrive at a total of more than $30 ?? Anyone break down the prices for me ? I was expecting $15 + $1 (promo) and the remainder of Feb (prorater cost). HELP! Ben |
