I've also just signed up for the one dollar promo, so "Hello everybody".

I also want to pay through Paypal and also got a mail with the Paypal link missing. Am I expected to pay now or to wait?

Should I open a ticket for this? On the other hand, the 48 hour wait time mentioned in the mail is not up yet.

Confused greetings,

Enzo

Wonderful promotion! Is it allowed to buy let's say one Reseller and one Shared account or is it one per customer? Because if I could buy both it would be ideal! (I know it sounds strange but I manage the online thingies of my friends and one of them insists...)

After the one year is over

It says in the terms and conditions that you can cancel after one year, but it does not say if you can change your package.

Does anyone know if changing the package is possible. Or alternatively, would you just cancel and order a new package?

Thanks,
S

You may want to file a ticket with billing, just to make sure that there is no problem.

From what I know, there is no limit to the amount of accounts that you can get, as long as they are new accounts

You can always upgrade, but you can't downgrade right after the year is up. You should pick the plan that you will want a year from now. If you find you need more, you can certainly go higher.

Thanks, DewKnight

In the meantime a mail has arrived that made all crystal clear.

If someone else might be a bit confused about a missing Paypal link, here a summary from that mail.

a) You are supposed to pay now, your account will not be activated otherwise.

b) Go into your billing account and to My Invoices. Click on the invoice number, probably there is just one invoice yet. Then there will be an icon for CC or Paypal payment. Click on what's applicable for you, and I think it will be plain sailing from there.

My account is activated now and all is fine.

Greetings,
Enzo

problem with new onelove signup: 11.42 instead of $1

I am experiencing a problem signing up, I tried every plan and coupon code, and I ended up checking out figuring surpass would refund the difference to my credit card...

From the main page, if I select a hosting plan and select one year of the max plan , it says "package total 250.00 package prorated this month pro rated 14 days 10.42, subtotal 260.42, coupon -249, total due 11.42 *1.00 will be due on the next renewal date: 03/01/2008"

The problem is, the signup page is trying to sign me up for 12.5 months, instead of 11.5 months. I only wanted the $1 package which I knew would mean the renewal date should be 2/1/08.

Has anyone else seen the same problem, and either way how would you suggest I correct this so I can get a refund on my credit card.
