My fear is that your welcome email had the wrong DNS.. but other things are possible (ISP related).

John, thanks for your respectful and thoughtful reply!

I know that you understand that I totally get the way the promotion is happening, and how it works. I even accept it. My comment is only that "you snooze, you lose" is not a stellar customer service policy. I've worked in customer service, I know how it should be done, and that ain't it. It's my opinion as a former professional in the customer service industry, and I stand by it.

That said, hey, even at full price Surpass is beyond worth the money. I'm really happy with everything else, and I've expressed that. I had an opinion, I stand by it, but I still think this is by far the best webhosting service for the money that I've ever seen. I'm thrilled to be here, I like everyone and I have no beefs outside of this one opinion. Which I stand by. Because I'm right.

Hugs and smooches to all, no disgruntlement here. Just making a point.

Not trying to be a pain (I submitted a ticket this morning but have not received a response yet) but is there generally a delay on new accounts? I had an account here a couple years ago and it took 6 hours to get my welcome email but it's been over two days now with nothing. Just checking. Thanks for the great promotion.

hello i want to to use this great offer. but my question is would i be able to get this offer if i have 1$ dollar exactly in my paypal account. if so do you guys take it out automatically or do i have to send that dollar to you. because i tried to send this dollar to a friend an it says im unable to send it because i don't have a bank account set up.
