My guess is that Surpass is getting slammed because of the promotion. While you're waiting for their response to your ticket, did you check your spam/junkmail folder? Your account info could have wound up there.

Other than checking to see if they hit the spambucket, all you can really do is wait. It's tough when you get a new toy and can't play with it, isn't it?

I'll be placing an order next week, so I'll probably be in your shoes soon.

I signed up 3 days ago and also sent an email requesting clarification. Have yet to get confirmation. Got a password via email but it does not work. Please advise

you need to send a ticket to support... Surpass cannot verify who you are through the forum... you need to post a ticket ID at least.
