You do not need paypal to sign up at Surpass, you can also use a credit card.

Having them pay with a prepaid credit card would be a better idea

Many grocery stores have them now.

If you do not already have an account in the new system, you have to sign up as a new customer. You may be in the old system, so it does not recognize you.

Hello, I signed up for the 800GB plan, but I really don't need that. I just signed up for that because of the promo, and after reading the thread, it doesn't seem right of me to take that plan. Once my account has been activated, can I have it switchted over to the 200GB plan? I'll definitely be able to keep the account after the promo expires if the switch is made. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvinience this may cause.

Are the usage limits going to be fairly high? I get the feeling that if I actually used 800GB of space and 6TB of bandwidth, my account would be disabled for "overusage" or something like that. lol. Is it reasonable to think that? Otherwise I'm loading this server up.
