UCR-947977 Sulema already reviewed it. I think I sound a little nasty in the tickets I was upset. I just told them to switch it to monthly. My overall happiness with surpass is still at an all time high after past hosting experiences. This was just a minor setback and did not affect my love of surpass at all. It would have cost me $6.00 anyways so I let it go.

Assuming you're talking about a shared hosting plan, one of the domains will be the primary domain, while the all others will have to be added on as an add-on domain. The add-on domains can be pointed at it's own sub directory or redirected elsewhere.

Total Due $119.26* * $100.00 will be due on the next renewal date: 03/01/2008 (Domain renewals billed separately.) i've copied that from the email sooo.. What the heck is up Surpass? |

So apparently there was no coupon code present in the box.
then why did the receipt.. oh well I've talked it over with the person I am sharing the website with and she said might as well cancel this =( I was really looking forward to staying with Surpass too. We just switched from Globat [before our contract is up too] because we thought surpass would be better suited for us. Oh well. It is stated that we can cancel within 20days without any fees right? Or is my 120bux lost forever?.. |

You can cancel at any time, and receive a refund of the amount of time left. But hy are you leaving just because of the coupon deal? Sure that was an awesome promotional price, but the prices at Surpass are awesome even without promotions. You won't find that many resources for that price any many other web hosts.
