It's just a matter of Principle. You can give someone a receipt promising them they'll only be charged 1dollar, and then go ahead and charge their credit 120 dollars. If i had known that I didn't put the coupon numbers in, I might've just shrugged my shoulders and went along with surpass anyways. [not a huge fan of globat, but at least you can call them or have live support 24/7 support chat].

And I have not even BEGUN to enjoy the services yet, my deal with globat ends around march15th, so you guys are charging me 130dollars, and telling me I can't even fully refund that, when i didn't even use any of your services [unless you're charging me 130bux for the usage of the forum..tha..that'd be lame..]

so all in all, i am not very impressed/pleased. I mean if you guys would just charge me the one dollar as promised on the receipt OR gimme my money back I'd be fine. but...

I guess i was mad and i couldn't think properly. But seriously, I am just offended about the falsify receipt email i've got. If there were any indication THEN, instead of it just coming up on my credit card bills...

Doesn't the offer page CLEARLY state that the offer is only valid until February 28th 2007? So if you entered the coupon code in after Feb 28, 07, it's NOT going to work.
