I don't know how many will be made just because of this promotion, but it sure was nice to come here yesterday with the intention of signing up after reading the webhosting forum at dslreports for opinions on hosting, figuring by the overall opinions that this was likely the best place to come; and then finding that offer splashed across my screen.

I was coming to sign up regardless, that offer just made it oh so much sweeter.

Am I the only one who feels cheap to use this offer, I mean $1, that's less than a coffee.

I was coming back to surpass for new hosting and saw this offer and I am in heaven. Like someone else, I was going to order regardless, this just made my day, no, it made my year

I'm trying to sign up a new domain (existing) with the promotion and it keeps saying "please enter a valid domain name"...

I've tried http:// and www and just the name .com in the second box to no avail.

Please help!

Anyone know how long on average it's taking to activate accounts? Someone I know signed up after I did and is already active, meanwhile I'm still cooling my heels. It's frustrating because my other hosting went down unexpectedly so I'm feelin the pressure
