Yeah, now its been 24 hours, ive submitted 2 tickets, no response on either. So I guess I'll just be ignored till they decide to check.

What are the ticket IDs? I will check them and reply to them.

I hope that you can understand it's extremely, extremely busy right now with the promotion.. we are trying to focus on activating accounts rather than replying to all tickets regarding them right now. So I really hope you can understand this.

Normal activation time is max 24 hours, but we are never this busy. We are not ignoring you.

I understand but its been 24 hours, and my old host keeps going down, I really need to transfer my account over. The ticket IDs are:
PHH-849537
and
LNS-362320.

In the future, make sure to only submit one ticket on an issue. Multiple tickets on the same issue will clog the queue, and only confuse the issue. If you can see your ticket listed, then it's in the queue to be answered.
