2) You are free to cancel the plan after the year is over. This is done by filling out the cancellation form located at the bottom of this page, a very easy process: http://surpasshosting.com/support.php
(And keep in mind this cancellation form has been in the same spot on support.php for almost three years, so don't say you couldn't find it! )
The intention of our promotion:
To give existing, loyal Surpass customers a nice break for a year when getting a new plan.
For new customers, You only have $1.00 to lose, give us a try. We hope you love Surpass and decide to stay with us. We would rather invest in you, the customer, not in advertising like other hosts!

3) If you are an existing customer, you can't cancel existing plans to get this one or try to twist plans around in any way.. this is the rule that has been the same with all other promotions. Please treat the promotion fairly and as it's meant to be used.

4) The next due date will be 2/1/2008 regardless of your sign up date this month.

5) Some of you that signed up during the first days of the promotion may have noticed you were charged $0.00 during the sign up. We are correcting that issue next week and opening up invoices for you, for the one dollar amount.

6) If you do not enter the coupon at the time of purchase then you do not get the promotional $1 price and will pay normal price. It's very simple to enter the coupon - all online promotions require some type of code or coupon normally so please be sure to enter it. We cannot honor requests to add the coupon after you have signed up without it. This creates more billing tasks and issues in an already busy promotion.
