Is Microsoft making this update? It certainly follows their "schedule" of push-backs.

Hi everyone,

cPanel is only updated as we do the mail conversions, phase 1 of the schedule is ongoing:

When we are done with those we will post the next schedule.

Unhappy old cpanel and missing mail folders

I still have the old cPanel as well but am willing to wait, however, it appears that many of my Horde mail folders have disappeared. As you can imagine, these contain a lot of important information. Is there any way to get them back? I have submitted a ticket in hopes that someone will retrieve them.

The folders are most probably not lost at all - if a maildir conversion has been done at the server, You have to reasign to the folders.

Just an update that support can't figure it out and is sending the problem to sales. I don't know what they expect sales to do about missing folders because the password doesn't work any longer.
