... that is very strange. If you haven't already, please open a sales ticket and list the coupon that the system gave you, then post here the ticket ID.

Well I re-read the email and it says I can't use the coupon until July 3rd, so I'm going to wait and try again tomorrow and if then it doesn't work, I'll open a ticket.

Ok, I was able to order it. But on the "Account Information" email, where ever there is supposed to be an IP address, there is "...". Its also like this in the client center.

Sometimes it doesn't get set up right on the server, so there is no ip info. Just file a ticket and they'll fix it for you.

Hmm, I can't seem to make my BOGO purchase tonite as it's asking me for the email/pw for my exisiting account. I've tried using what I think it was but it's not taking it at all. I looked over in Knowledge Base and it says something about MySurpass. I vaguely remember being able to login on Surpass to view my account details but that was more than 3 years ago? I never received any kind of update regarding the new accounting system so I'm at a lost to what my actual account is.
I've sent a support ticket to the Sales department but I guess I won't get an answer till tomorrow. *sigh*

I ordered my reseller using the BOGO promo code on the 2nd. All went smoothly, I received account details within a few short hours of signing up. However, since this, I've not received a BOGO code to claim a 2nd account and in a few hours, it'll have passed the 3 day mark. The initial info given on the thread says the codes are generated once a day? Has something gone wrong with mine somewhere? *meep*
Have also sent a ticket to support last night, but no answer as yet, though being July 4th I don't mind. ![]()

As long as it's not a domain you registered an account for (like the owner of a reseller, not just one of the accounts you created yourself), then I would think it would go through fine.
