Post [Big Changes] Webmail Changes - October 2007

Dear Clients,

We will be installing the Roundcube webmail software on all shared and resellers servers starting today. Squirrelmail is pending removal and the two main webmail clients will be Horde and Roundcube.

We will update this thread with any further information concerning these webmail changes.

Mail operation will not be effected during this update although isolated issues are possible.
If you have any questions or issues please contact our support staff

Thank you

Cool and all but I'll definitely be missing SquirrelMail as a default install. Now, if only RoundCube's service weren't "currently not available!"

Due to the demand for Squirrelmail we have decided to keep it active.

Roundcube will accompany Horde and Squirrelmail as the available webmail clients for all shared and reseller accounts.

Any VPS or dedicated clients interested in having Roundcube please contact our support staff. If anyone notices any Roundcube installations that are not working, maikeru, and displaying a 'currently not available' message, kindly let us support staff know asap. desk.surpasshosting.com

Looks nice but I'm having problems with it. Whenever I try to delete a message I get a "could not move the message" error.

thanks to the maildir upgrade, you have to make sure you defined your trash folders, etc. in settings for each account.

Sweeet!

Thanks for RoundCube! It's so much nicer looking that Horde or Squirrelmail.

If they ever get around to releasing to the public, you should check out Litepost. (although at the time of writing, their site isn't even loading, at least for me )
