[Updates] Major Surmunity upgrade tonight

Today vBulletin has released 3.7 - this is something we have been waiting for! The upgrade will take place tonight and should take less than 30 minutes.

Decided to upgrade it early and it's all done. Big thanks to Paul during my time of panic earlier. =) We apologize that it was down during that time.

There are a few errors still that may be due to the template. We are working on those but the forum is functional.
