I guess its cool. but I am not a fan of the dashboard. I can just as easily go to php.net and search for functions.. Was just doing this today...

that'd be very handy, so long as you drag it to the active desktop via click/hold+F12 then release.
I have my iStat Pro widget sitting pretty on my second monitor, was pretty much useless on just the dashboard, but very handy on the desktop  |

So I tried that trick.. and it didnt work.. A little Googling... and ...
Widgets: From Dashboard to Desktop | MacApper Had to turn on some dev mode...
