I love Fridays!!! yayayaya!!!
Well i really don't understand wtf is up. My passion is to bbq/grill/smoke/etc and living in a downtown condo does not make that easy.
We have two electric grills (wtf...electric!! why!!! thats garbage!) that we can use but one of them is broken (thanks to Miguel setting it on fire because he didn't clean the grease traps).
Well last night, I wanted to grill for dinner. Marcos (my little bro) was working and I was going to make something nice. I had these two uber nice pork loin chops that I brushed with salt, pepper, garlic, and garam marsala that I had been letting soak in the flavor in the fridge.
Time to grill...yet when i go tot he 10th floor where the grills are...not only is the wind gusting away knocking me over but the one good grill we have left is freaking locked!!! wtf!!! why!!!
it peeved me. i ended up throwing them on the forman (which i never condone for any choice cut meats....to me it only serves purpose for grilled cheeses ) and cooked them nicely. I turned them every so often and they stayed juicy and got a nice brown appeal. I served up brown rice and asparagus tips and well. yea.
thats my rant about not being able to grill last nite. Thank gawness im getting my coleman travel grill that i can have on my balcony this winter. I cant wait!!!
