spam in stat reports

Is there a way that i can prevent phony referrers from appearing in my stats? I know that these sites are all spam (they are the same sites that people see on blog comments) and that they do not link to my site. I know that I can not prevent the sites or spam software from pinging my site or 'referring' to my site, but can I at least see them excluded from my stats report? It screws up the report and makes it difficult to read real links.

Here is an excerpt from AWstats; you can see that each site only 'refers' a hit to me once or twice:

Unfortunately, they use various proxies, so the ip address always changes. I would have to continually update a huge list of ip addresses. I would rather just block any urls with certain words like 'finance' or 'casino' from appearing in my stats.

I've implemented Bad Behavior on all my sites and it's been a wonderful thing.
