WYSIWYG Pro is on server but not cPanel?

I was just going through my ftp and I noticed that there is a folder called WYSIWYG Pro...I know this is a webpage editor but I can't figure out if its installed? Its not in cPanel or Fantastico...I tried accessing it through the browser but I get blank pages?

Is this installed or if not how do I install it?

Hi,

Im sure that is in cPanel, in the 'File Manager' Just click a html file and it comes up at the side as 'Html Editor'
