i think this may be because i am behind a corporate firewall.... any way of circumventing this? the IT people here dont want to open the port because of a potential "security issue"...

I have the same problem when I'm at work, Milkman...
I'm interested in hearing if anyone has found a way to circumvent this because I know I haven't yet...though not from lack of effort! |

Wait until you go home? I would think you'd only need the standard http port open to access it, but it might be they have some kind of thingy blocking certain sites... wow, I sound so technical, don't I?
You'll want to check the account from a machine not behind the firewall though, be it at home or through a trusted friend or something, and then if it still doesn't work be sure to contact support. Also, if you know what server you are on, you can try http://servername.dizinc.com:2082/ and see if that will work with the username/password.
