Anyone uses WebTrends Log Analyzer?

I can't seem to be able to pull the raw log file directly from the url that points to it from the cp. From the cp there's no problem. From any browser just pasting the link, I have no problem. Just with Log Analyzer. It gives me an error that it doesn't recognize the log file format. But this isn't the issue because the error appears very fast, which means that it didn't f/l the file yet. Any ideas?
