Where To Find 4image? In Fantastico?

I don't have 4image in my Fantastico config panel. Where do I find this? Fantastico is the right place to look, right?

Fantastico doesn't have it. Though according to Surpass's Fantastico page, it does

If you want to install it, you'll have to download the files off their website and install it that way.
