Question add email accounts without cPanel?

Not sure if this is the right place to post questions like this.

When a customer does not want to be concerned with cPanel, is there a way for him/her to get access to just the e-mail account control without having to go through cPanel?

I know with http://hisdomain.com:2095/horde etc, he or she can get to the email account directly, but I don't know if there is another port # just for email account control (like add or delete an email account)?

In general, I am just wondering if there is a menu for these port #'s like 2082, 2095, etc from surpass?

Many thanks in advance...

Question phpMyAdmin without cPanel?

This maybe a naive question, but is there a direct way to access the phpMyAdmin without having to go through cPanel for my clients?

There are some scripts that will allow access to creating email accounts. Search these forums you'll find a few. Not sure about the Cpanel/PHPmyAdmin thing - although I know that MAMBO has a plugin for that CMS that allows you into your database.

You could always manually install the software yourself. That would work.
