ok I'm new to the whole webmaster gig so I have many questions as the title would imply. First why does nothing from my fantastico work? it always gets at least one fatal error and I have to delete it and try again. I cant get anything on there to work
 Also I was wondering what will happen to my Learner hosting seeing as how it is not listed on Surpass Hosting anymore? I will be grateful to anyone who can assist me with these questions as my site Ymber Studio looks rather bland without any php message boards or neato addons. |

I didnt see your reply as "curt", most people talk to me like they want me to go away. Thank you for finding that page on the learner plan for me though, honestly I dont keep up with the forums. Its hard enough trying to be a webmaster of a site when your modem is going an average of 9.5kbps, actually being able to load and look at forums is like a far off dream. I had already read the Pre Help questions but I was pretty sure it was me doing something wrong not :surpass: , therefore I came here to find anyone who might have had the same problem and was able to resolve it. I hope that clears up my intentions, sorry if I made you angry snide I tend to be a bit vague.

No, Darsh. Never angry.
I can understand the frustration of having a slow connection. I left a DSL connection when I left GA. Vagueness can be somewhat frustrating for everyone. The forums are a great resource. Maybe you can try and setup your browser to prepare some of the forum pages for offline reading. Good luck. |

One thing that would help us help you would be exact error messages and what you were trying to install. That way we have a clue as to what is going on, or whether we need to send you over to support..

As i said everything in Fantastico has a Fatal Error. To see the exact message you can go to Ymber Studio Office. Thank you for the help everybody, I do really love surpass hosting. :surpass:
