Not really sure how you got 1.5 in Fantastico because all I have is 1.2.1 but here is a template I designed for 1.5 called "Spiderman" yeah it is cheezy but templates are made for the user to tweak with their own graphics.

If you want to install 1.5 - you'll have to do it manually. Or you could submit a ticket and request Surpass to update Fantastico, which wouldn't be a bad idea since 1.2.1 has a few security holes that were fixed in the subsequent releases.

As far as I knew Fantastico is updated regularly and automatically. Definitely email support so they can check out why it's not updated on that server.

I changed the theme to sunset but yeah I have been installing 1.5 manually, just thought someone posted that Fantastico installs 1.5 but mine has 1.2.1
