On July 31, 2003 the server announcements board began to serve as an archive of all server issues that have occured. It is the official place that announcements will be made about upgrades or other happenings with the servers. The link to the forum is below.
If you do not know what server you are on, refer to your activation email. It will list the IP of the server you are on. In the Server Announcements board, you can find the last 2 sets of numbers and match it with the one in your email. Then you'll be able to find out the name of the server you are on as well. If you are new to Surpass or have just stumbled upon this forum, we welcome you to our community. This forum is for clients to help each other. If you believe there is a serious error within your account or possibly on the entire server your account is on, you must send an email to support  surpasshosting.com.Thank you for your business and support.
