Specific Frontpage Extension Missing

Hello,

A client used Frontpage extensions to add search and form submission functionality to their site. I use DW and don't own FP. The FP extensions are installed on their subdomain and they're able to publish etc.

They are not able to use the search or form submit parts of their site. They get

Now, search is a pretty basic extension! I'm confident that we have this installed on the server...famous last words?

Could there be a version conflict between FP's? Is search disable on shared servers?

Any advice?

did they publish the web site with frontpage? that type of error will happen if they don't.
