Cpanel Not Working

Hi. My Domain is gimmicktonight.com and my cpanel seems to have stopped working. It keeps saying connection refused. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I am having a similar problem over at www.hawksights.net
Everytime I try to go to the /cpanel it tells me the page is unavailable.
What's going on? I'm a new user, but I've been able to get into Cpanel as late as four or five hours ago.

Please tell us the server you're on, it was given to you in one of the first emails you got from Surpass.

Same problem for me -- I'm plainmabel.com on Pixel ( x.x.173.18 )

(This also happened the other day after Pixel went down and came back up, just incase that info is of any use.)
