You should have your server and website in your sig, it helps everyone here. For the record, I know SH65 is running cPanel 10, but as I don't know your server I can't help you.
You'll have to contact support, I'd assume ergarding when they'd upgrade your server to 10 - but with the IP migration, I doubt it's on their priority list, I'm afraid. |

We upgrade to any stable release of cPanel and it is automatic on the servers.
Sometimes if a server is not set to automatic, we have to manually add it. It is not set to automatic for various reasons. However, most servers do the update automatically. |
