FTP site setup
Let's say I have two domains xxx.net and yyy.us. xxx.net is my "main" domain and yyy.us is an "addon" domain that I added via the cpanel.
My problem is, I cannot setup an ftp account for yyy.us, the cpanel will only allow me to setup ftp accounts for xxx.net. Am I missing something? Coupled with this, when I go to "park" yyy.us the cpanel tells me it is already parked. but under the general account information bar my parked domains say 0/0. I am a bit confused. Any ideas? anyone? |

As far as I know, the FTP accounts you create cannot have your add-on domains domain. Why? No idea... Seems like it would be a simple thing to me. One of the weird things CPanel does I guess.
If you already have it as an add-on domain, why would you want to park it? |

Ok, you would use a parked domain when you have two or more domains that would show the same site (for instance having a domain with multiple TLD's). An addon would be would used when you want to use more than one domain on an account. The addon would show a site that is in a subfolder to the public_html directory.
