Question moving mambo to root?

Hi all, I am sue I am making this harder than I need to but I need to move my Mambo installation from the directory I installed it into and make it my root directory. I emailed support and they said for me to move the files and they would restore my database that I have created already. My question is what all do I move up? All folders and files or just files ? If so how, because I have not had acces to move folders via ftp on my accounts and it would take forever for it to be done manually?
Thanks for insight,
Lady M

You would want to move all files/folders, I would suggest using an FTP program (Such as CoreFTP or FileZilla) rather than the cPanel file transfer thing, so that you can cut and paste all of the files to the root....

Thanks Dewknight,
I was thinking along that line but have had problems of late getting my COREftp to manage site within site transfers, that is one thing that is making this more difficult.
Thanks, will let you know how this pans out. Thanks Dewkinght..
